Y-USA Psychologist Resource Directory

DEAR DIVISION 42 MEMBERS:

In an effort to benefit individuals and families in improving their overall health and well-being, Division 42 (The Division of Independent Practice) of the American Psychological Association (APA) and the YMCA of the USA (Y-USA) entered into a memorandum of understanding to form a mutually beneficial partnership in March 2008.  One of the goals of the partnership is to provide Y’s across the United States with access to Division 42 psychologists in their local areas to serve as resources for workshops, trainings, consultation, public education presentations, etc., and to serve as psychologists within the community to whom referrals can be made for Y staff and/or members in need of psychotherapy.

The Y-USA Psychologist Resource Directory is an exclusive benefit for Division 42 members.  If you are interested in being a part of a resource directory made available to Y’s, especially in your community, please complete the Resource Directory information below.  Your submission of a completed directory application constitutes your permission to publish the information on this form and to make it available to the Y-USA and Y’s throughout the United States in electronic, paper, or other forms.  The Division reserves the right to modify the form/format of the directory to meet specific needs of area Y’s and to exclude any names if information is incomplete or incorrect.  If at any time you have questions about your entry, please contact Jeannie Beeaff in the Division 42 office, div42apa@cox.net, or the Division webmaster Rick Weiss at rweiss@42online.org.
